Elsewhere

I read more fiction than anything else — mostly science fiction, mystery, and anything that spends its time inside a character’s head. Classic English literature has a permanent place on my list: Austen, Brontë, Eliot. Classic Persian literature too.

On screen, I’ve spent a lot of hours with Severance, Silo, Stranger Things, and Sherlock. Mysteries and puzzles seem to be a theme.

I’m slowly learning French.

I like a warm, unfussy home more than almost anything, and I cook occasionally, with modest results.
